No complaints about NHL Shop or its delivery service. The only thing that would have been helpful is a little more information on the product. I chose the ladies' T-shirt based on how it is cut - I wanted a shirt that was more feminine-looking (not as boxy as a man's shirt). I generally wear a ladies' large, but since that size was not offered, I opted for the XL knowing that the medium would have been too small. I was disappointed to find the ladies' XL shirt is cut much more like a men's shirt. The quality is great, and I love showing my team pride, so I chose to keep the shirt. A heads up that the shirt is not really cut the same as smaller sizes would have been appreciated. Truth be told, I probably would have ordered it anyway!
