Product Lost!!

I am extremely dissastisfied! After ordering the product almost 3 weeks ago I was told it was stuck in Canadian customs for a week. I phoned 4X to track my product down (which was a gift for my wife, a huge Bruins fan). On Monday, June 03 I was finally told my product was lost and a new one was being shipped out immediately. I thought I was ordering my product in Canada not from the USA. This has been a terrible experience as I had to keep chasing my purchase. I hope to receive a new one before the the stanley cup finals are over!!! oh and my shipping fees were waived and I got an email to today declaring all shipping is free in NA. this does not make sense to me. frankly my whole purchase should be credited back to me.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
